• Would like AHB IT Solutions to take ownership and responsibility for all the IT systems
• Would like set IT outlay based upon a Service Level Agreement
• Don't have a lot of internal IT understanding and don't prefer to be IT gurus
• Require the maximum degree of up time and stability in their IT infrastructure

Total Support plan is developed around a fixed monthly fee for servicing, infrastructure and unrestricted support. This cost is based on the size and scope of your network.
